sale permits reactivity and flexibility  è delivery in Europe in
24hours and  between 36 and 48 hours for
Asia and America
… 49 % of the global production is done in this area, 14 %
in the reste of Europe (Italie, Romania, Turkey), 35 % in Asia (India for
important sets) and 2% in America Latina (local collection)
… The brand has a very strong IT system that backs its
distribution
… 200 fashion designers create 1000 designs per month 
… Every new collection will not remain more than one month,
which makes the collection even more exclusive
… Zara has fast turnover, it produces small number of
quantities for every product è

This strategy is only « to stuck to the customers
demand » and there is no a special target, Zara wants to attract customers
from childhood to older people.
